I’m a certified SomatIQ™ somatic breathwork practitioner and the founder of Deeply Rooted Balance. My work centers on helping women — especially mothers — come out of survival mode and experience what it feels like to be safe in their bodies again.

Breathwork is not just a tool to relax. It’s a journey inward. When the thinking mind quiets, the body’s deeper intelligence begins to speak. This is where emotional healing happens. This is where clarity returns.
